What Make/Model Vans Do You Offer?

All of our vans are newer model 12 or 15-passenger vehicles.

How Do I Make A Reservation?

You may book online or call for a rep to assist you 941 301 8732

How Do I Cancel A Reservation?

In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be received within 24 hours of booking.

Do You Require A Security Deposit?

Yes, there is a $500 deposit due at the time of booking. Your deposit is fully refundable upon return of an undamaged vehicle. $500 security hold for local trips. $1000 security for rentals over a 75 mile radius.

What Are The Insurance Requirements?

You must have your own full coverage insurance that will transfer to our vehicle. Proof of this insurance is required. If you do not have insurance you must purchase our insurance which costs $25/day.

What Is The Age Requirement For The Driver?

You must be over the age of 25 years old to rent our van. Drivers between the ages of 21-24 may rent a van for an additional charge of $75/day.

Where Do I Pick Up The Van?

1511 Florida Blvd, Bradenton FL 34207. OR you may request a pick up at Sarasota International Airport for an additional charge of $45.

Where Do I Drop The Van Off When I’m Done?

You will drop off the van at the same location where it was picked up.

Can I Bring My Pet?

You may travel in the van with your pet, however, the vehicle must be returned free of pet hair. There is a $299 charge for a vehicle returned containing pet hair.

Do I Have To Return The Van With A Full Tank Of Gas?

We will provide you with a full tank of fuel. It will need to be returned full. There is a $135 charge if the van is returned without a full tank of gas.

Do You Offer Child Car Seats?

Child car seats and boosters are available for $25 each.

What If I Have An Emergency While The Van Is In My Care?

Call emergency services first. Then call our office PHONE and we’ll arrange a replacement vehicle.
